Explosive Surf Terms

By registering for Explosive Surf you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Explosive Surf, you may only register for one Explosive Surf account.

You may not promote Explosive Surf in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Explosive Surf in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Explosive Surf account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Explosive Surf. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Explosive Surf is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Explosive Surf, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Explosive Surf account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Explosive Surf has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

 

CASH OUT POLICY

Free members may request the cash in their account when the amount in their account reached $20.00

Upgraded members may request a cash out when the amount in their account has reached $10.00

The commission can be cash out, buying upgrades, or ad purchases.

Refund Policy

Explosivesurf is offering goods, we do not refund once the order is completed. As a customer, you're responsible for understand to purchase those products on our site.

We do realize that sometimes can refund if the following reasons:

Products not delivered, which is having technical issues may happen and you havent get credited for the product you purchased. Must claim the support ticket within 48 hours from the order placing date and time. Otherwise product will be recieved. 

If you accident purchase multiple times we will issue refund from the extra purchases and we will deduct the extra products from your account  Again you must claim the support ticket within 48 hours from the order placing date/time. 

Upgrade Purchase: If you are not happy with upgrade, refund can be issued up to 4 days after purchase. Supply support ticket will be made. If you dont submit support ticket after 4 days no refund will be made. 

If you cancel subscription its your responible to go payment processors to cancel them yourself and to let the site know you are cancel reoccuring upgrade payment.

Service

ExplosiveSurf.com is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any ad views free or purchased are non refundable. ExplosiveSurf cannot be held responsible for ad views incorrectly used.

You acknowledge ExplosiveSurf is NOT an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, "auto-surf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture. You acknowledge you will not use our service for the promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit purpose. If you do not accept these terms you must leave this site immediately.
 
When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide real information. And agrees that, that information can be used for ExplosiveSurf to make contact with the user. Any false information may result in the user's account being terminated AND any commissions, ad views and impressions in said account will be forfeited. You MUST register with your REAL first and last names. Failure to do so will be terminate your account and you will forfeit all earnings, ad views and impressions.

You agree that you will only create one (1) account at ExplosiveSurf. Creating more than one user account will be suspend for we will deleting all of your accounts and you will forfeit all accrued commissions, ad views and impressions.

You may change your registration information by logging into your ExplosiveSurf account and click on Profile in the menu provided. If you change your email address, you will have to confirm that by clicking on the verify link we send to you at your new email address.

User agrees not to use ExplosiveSurf to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical.

Anyone caught using or distributing said software/hardware as bots will have their account terminated and will forfeit all commissions, cash, ad views and impressions. Said person will also be permanently banned from ExplosiveSurf. The decision by ExplosiveSurf management to take the actions described above is final and not negotiable.

New members have 30 days to verify their account AND surf at least 50 pages to activate account or the account will be removed from ExplosiveSurf

Suspended members who do not re-activate their account within 365 days of the suspension will be removed from ExplosiveSurf. All accrued commissions, cash, ad views and impressions will be forfeited.

ExplosiveSurf may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that ExplosiveSurf may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.

Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and ExplosiveSurf can not be held liable for any advertisers actions.

You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from ExplosiveSurf which will include system messages and marketing information at all times.

Any threatening  or reporting for spamming will be forfieted we will delete your account.

NOTE:
We reserve the right to make changes to this User Agreement at any time. We will notify you via the email address provided in your account that this User Agreement has been modified. It is your responsibility to read the entire User Agreement after being notified via email that said User Agreement has been modified.
